Do you ever wonder what are sensor lights and how they work? Sensor lights are lights that have motion sensors in-build into them. Motion sensors are small electronic eyes that transmit electromagnetic wave patterns and detect patterns in reflected waves that signify moving objects. When the sensor senses an object moving across its field of view especially warmer objects such as people, animals and cars it electronically turns on the lights. That way when there is movement in the range of the motion sensor of your light, the sensor light comes on and when there is no movement, it goes off. Due to the fact that we rarely stay completely still, a sensor light will generally stay on when there is someone in the range of its sensor and go off otherwise. This is quite handy because it means you can save electricity when there is no one in a room or near a sensor security light.
We are now introducing the Multifunctional Sensor Light which is a sensor light with value added features that make it even more convenient for you e.g. 1) you can use an inbuilt switch to transform the light between warm light, daylight or cool light 2) the light can be installed on your ceiling as a recessed light which is ideal for soft board and gypsum ceilings or as a surface light which is ideal for concrete ceilings, hardboard or T&G ceilings or on vertical walls of all types depending on your need.
